Since 1946, VPR has been dedicated to promoting and protecting the equestrian lifestyle. Our values today are the same as the original founders' - we cherish our relationship with the community and fully embrace horsemanship, patriotism, good work ethic, and exemplary personal character. Whether you are new to horsemanship or are an advanced rider, we have a community of like-minded horsemen & horsewomen who welcome you to our club.
Our 14-acre property has impressive show grounds including a modern clubhouse, two meticulously maintained arenas, two round pens for turnouts, pipe stalls, plenty of parking for day-use and direct access to the spectacular San Luis Rey Riverbed trails.

🐎 March 7 | 10:00 AM – Trail Ride
Join us for a beautiful day riding the river beds with friends.
• Ride led by the Jessie Keenan
• Interested in being a Trail Boss for future rides? We would love your help!

• Board meeting will be held at VPR.
💃🕺 March 12 | 5:30 PM – Line Dancing Night
This event is open to the public, so invite your friends and family!
Kick up your boots, learn some new moves, and enjoy a fun night with friends
• $20 per person

• Minimum of 15 RSVPs required for the event to take place
BYOB & snacks welcome 🥤🍪
Beverages will also be available onsite for a small donation.
🏇 March 12–15 – SCHC Show
• 🚧 Arenas will be closed starting at 5:00 PM on March 12 to allow Juan to prep for the show
• The entire facility will be closed March 13–15
• Trail riders may walk horses through VPR without disturbing the event, but riding within the facility will not be permitted.Thank you for your cooperation during this important show weekend.
🍀 March 18 at 6:30 PM – St. Patrick’s Day Potluck
Join us for a festive evening! More details coming soon. Please also remember that potlucks are open to the public for people to join the fun and check out the club to become a future member so feel free to invite your friends and family.
